There is no dog anymore, just haven’t taken any updated pics as I’ve always had renters here. No pets allowed, except small pets in tanks

Prefer a tenant who wants to stay for 3+ months at a time, but open to different lengths.

You’ll be on the 2nd floor of the house, with access to all public areas of house, including backyard, large deck & gym equipment in the basement

Located in Genesis Villas, Quiet Area(Nice quiet place to live especially after working all day. You won’t hear any noise in the area after 8pm even on weekends!)
