Daniel's room

This condo is beside the Islington ttc Subway station in Etobicoke and is a 20-30min subway ride to downtown Toronto. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, I will take the master bedroom and have the other room for the roommate (the one in the pictures). I will be making a viewing for October 26 and hopefully secure the place with someone. Utilities would be extra.

I am a very relaxed, quiet and respectful of personal space. I usually work from 9-5 hybrid then work out afterwards. I like to relax on the weekends and spend time with friends and family. I am looking for someone who is easygoing, clean and can communicate.
