Beautiful 1 Bedroom in a 3-story townhouse
My brother and I are looking for a tenant to occupy this bedroom in our house. It is a nice house with new appliances and cleaned head to toe. We will also be living in the house so we prefer someone respectful and who is able to get along with us. It is located 10 min from shoppers world as well as 10 min from Sheridan college.

Looking for a respectful, positive individual that will take care of the place like it’s their own. First and last is required and will need to sign the house rule agreement before signing the lease.
About the roomies
I am a friendly, positive individual who occasionally likes to play basketball, read, or browse Youtube. Comfortable with all sorts of personalities but also need quiet time to myself. All individuals in the house know each other so you would be joining in on a friend group.
