Private sunny room with a private washroom in the South Etobicoke near Humber Park for an international high school student or college students under the age of 25, from January 31st, 2024. Bedroom is furnished and bright. The room is on the ground level and has the entrance to the backyard.
Bus stop is in front of our townhouse. Nearest subway stations - Old Mill or Royal York.
Nice and quite neighborhood. Walking distance to Lake and Humber Park. Eleven minutes to Humber College Lakeshore Campus. Main intersection: Queensway and Park Lawn.
Price for room $1,000 plus Bills (Hydro, Enbridge, water and WIFI)- $150.00.
Discount if you choose room with meal - hot homemade organic dinner $1,400 (includes rent, bills and dinner).
No deposit required. Payment for the first and last month rent. Light cooking. 1 month moving out notice. No overnight guests. No cooking or guests after 10pm. This is a month to month rental but we prefer the minimum stay of 5-6 months. Only for students under the age of 25.
