Beautiful Studio Basement Apartment in 3 story townhouse
Myself and my younger brother live upstairs and we are looking for a tenant to occupy this wonderful studio basement apartment. It is located 10 min from shoppers world as well as 10 min from Sheridan college.

Not Included: Separate entrance Parking (May be able to work something out)
Looking for a respectful, positive individual that will take care of the place like it’s their own. First and last is required and will need to sign the house rule agreement before signing the lease.
About the roomies
I am a friendly, positive individual who occasionally likes to play basketball, read, or browse Youtube. Comfortable with all sorts of personalities but also need quiet time to myself. All individuals in the house know each other so you would be joining in on a friend group. As this is a basement apartment it would be less likely that you would have interactions with others but still a possibility.
