Mountainside Drive

The room that i am renting is in a descent house fully furnish. It is located in front of a public school and we have nice Neibers. That property is close to every things.( grocery store/ barber shop / Esso/ bar/ restaurants/home depot/ etc.). We are at 1 min from the QEW. We also at 4 conners from the bus stop on Guelph who bring down town. we have 5 parking places. The room that is for rent is one of the 3 room up stairs . I am in one of them. The 3e room is not rent yet but soon going to be for rent. So yes we going to be 4 to share the house. 900$ does not include the internet and the bills of the house (electricity/water/ gas/ internet) we split every thing evenly. I furnish myself the house this is why i ask a depot. We are not aloud to have any animals of any kind. I am expecting respect. I am also expecting off all the roommates to be clean and respectful with the sharing areas. your room is your room. don’t destroyed or damage my stuff and we are good. smoking inside the house is a NONONO. Outside it is.

I rent the house under my name. the basement is rent to my coworker. We are both manager in a restaurant down town Burlington. We both work full time so not their during the day a lot. for myself, i am a social guy who like to hang out when i have free time. love to take a drink at night and just chill ( hangout) . we are weed friendly. Be respectful and clean behind you . I will not tolerate violence or disrespect off any kind. iI will love to make new friends and news connections cause i am new in Burlington.
