Hello! We are three third year animation students looking to SUBLET the second largest room in our unit from JUNE 2024 to AUG 2024 with the POSSIBILITY for a long term rental! The unit is across the street from the school.

Rent is $600. Rent includes water only. Hydro+Internet are extra. Internet is about $23 per month and hydro varies between $20-$40 per month.

We are looking for another student, preferably in animation. We would love someone who is clean, hygienic, and open to communication.

There are four rooms in the apartment. There is a small communal space, but NO living room (the living room space has been converted into a bedroom to keep costs low).

We are LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly (although please smoke outside, edibles and stuff are fine), but not pet friendly. Three cats live in the unit. If you are allergic to cats, this is not the place for you. We cannot accommodate any larger animals, although smaller ones may be considered (hamsters, etc).
