Beautiful, bright clean home in Altadore with a great backyard. Close to all amenities in Marda Loop. Big room in a clean, cozy, spacious, lower level area, with large windows and 9ft. ceilings. Your area would be mostly a private area for you, with your own bathroom, full sitting room, large desk, and TV. I would use the area a few times a week for a short time (workout area). The room is completely furnished. Kitchen is on main floor and is shared with me.
Roommate must be clean, conscientious, mindful, a non-smoker, and working day hours (not at home) or studying full time. This home is set up for a quieter lifestyle. Kitchen is a shared area so cleanliness and good communication would be needed. I work full time 830am-430pm,
and sleep regular hours at night , so my ideal roommate does too. There is no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use allowed on the property, so if that is important to you please do not reach out. Also, this is a pet free home. Please note that due to the high volume of replies, I can not get back to everyone. I am just replying to those who I think would work well in my home.
