What can I say? I have a senior dog and I work a government job. I’m quiet, clean and get weekends off. Love the outdoors, and spend an awful lot of time outside.

It’s a large house, lots of space, with room for alone time. There is a large basement, zen den, fitness area, music space , small workshop, south facing backyard with a deck and garden. New bedroom as pictures. Includes bed and desk, bedding is up to you.

-Expectations of house mate is that he is respectful and understands boundaries as well as house responsibilities. I want to say this is common sense, however there will be a discussion to see if we align with that one. My hope is that we have similar values and can work together.

-Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
