1 unfurnished bedroom available from January 1st, in a 3 bedroom house. The house has 1 shared washroom and fully equipped with furniture.

Overall the place is pretty big so it never feels crowded. Currently, it is being shared by 3 guys and one is moving out. All are working professionals.

We do have a cat in the house, and she is very quiet and friendly. We always keep the place is a nice shape and the location is great. We are right next to water and trails. Go train to downtown takes about 25 minutes.
