Eve's room

Unfurnished bedroom in a two bed one bath condo in the Deer Park area, minutes away from St. Clair subway station. You will have access to a furnished living/ dining room and kitchen (you will have your own space in the kitchen and washroom don’t worry), in-unit washer and dryer, and a balcony. All utilities + high speed internet is included.

The room has incredible natural light and sunset view as it has floor to ceiling windows, only if you want it with the brand new custom curtains.

The building amenities includes private gym(which includes complementary workout classes), golf simulator, private theatre room, indoor pool/ hot tub, steam room, indoor squash/ basketball court, sound studio, entertainment room (ping pong table, pool tables couches etc.) and guest suites.

Grocery stores and shops just steps away and on the 512 street car line, there’s also a Loblaws/ LCBO connected via underground to the building.

Recently moved into this condo and looking for a roommate to lessen the rent. I am a full time student studying human biology and volunteer/ work at hospitals occasionally.

In my free time I play on a flag football team, and enjoy crocheting and other crafts.

In the photos a tiny Pomeranian can be seen, he is my family dog which if you are okay with will visit occasionally.

I am happy to get to know each other and become friends or if you’d rather be left to your own I respect that as well, whatever suites you.
