Furnished bedroom. Short term practicum students or short term athletes preferred. May consider rent by the week. Lake Quamichan is at the of the end of the road. Walking distance to rowing club. One bedroom furnished, Queen sized bed, with bathroom (shower stall) in its own building. Utilities included, electric heat, internet. Area to study in main room. Second bedroom, queen sized bed, available if desired, rent separate. It’s about a 10 minute drive to hospital, 5 minutes to downtown. Quite neighbourhood, bus stop one block away. Can accommodate bike storage.

We live in the main house, where the kitchen and laundry access are available. Two friendly dogs in main house. No pets in rental cabin. I have four 20+year old kids who come and go to college/ university. Some of us are vegan, some omnivores. Rental is for summer only.
