Three bedroom apartment, with den and storage in underground. I am looking for one roommate to share the three bedroom apartment. The third room is quite small and can be used as a space to workout or do schoolwork. One parking space available outside. Roommate will need to be okay with dogs as I have a small senior dog (4 pounds). Roommate will have their own bedroom(two closets) and bathroom located down the hall. Picture of your bedroom will be uploaded soon. Spacious foyer and living room to share. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. Wi-fi , Heat and hot water included in monthly rent. Power will be divided every two months. This building does not have AC . I use a portable AC unit in the summer. Apartment finishes include granite countertops and floor tile, laminate floors in the living room. The building is equipped with a fitness facility, rentable common room, car wash bay, and out of unit Tenant storage Underground and surface parking available Minutes from the new shopping center’s, French schools, and easy access to highway 102.

I am a 32 year old female . Profession- Social Worker. I work Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM) and occasionally work a second job during the week doing night shifts(6:30PM-6:30AM) and some weekend days. I do not tolerate any partying or smoking in my apartment .
