Hi everyone! I am looking for a responsible roommate to share my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Okotoks.

About the property: The property is a centrally located, fully furnished, townhouse close to many amenities including grocery stores, a gym, shopping, etc. There is a sitting area on the main floor and a comfy living room in the basement. Street parking is available and you are welcome to use the driveway when I am not home. No pets, no smoking, and no parties.

About the room: Your room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, two night stands, a dresser, and a desk. The room features a large closet and is across the hall from a full bathroom which you will have to yourself.

About the rental agreement & move in date: Rent is $1100 a month and includes all utilities and internet. The damage deposit is $1100 and is to be paid in full when the lease is signed. Rent is due on the 1st of every month via e-transfer.
