We are looking for a student or young professional / single occupants Must be a clean individual, NO PETS, NO smoking , NO parties. We are a family of 4 that lives upstairs. My son is 4 and my daughter is 9 months old. I’m currently on maternity leave so I’ll be home all the time and husband is a student.
