Shared kitchen and bathroom. 735$ with heat. To add : -internet (24$/month/person), inssurance (8$/month/person) and electricity (around 20$/month/person).

There are two rommates : -Bruce, plant lover - I like to share some moments with roomies and I like receive my friends at home sometimes. -Lisa, 35, radio journalist, I like the ocean, coffee, movies and I like to share dinner, movie nights and talk with my roommates. We looking for someone who like to live in community and share dinner and good time with us sometimes and also someone independent and mature (+28). The space is not suited to work 100% from home.
