apartment is on the TOP floor with skylight roofing keeps the place looking nice and bright all year long.

Spacious living room and dining room shared large kitchen and bathroom.

Your Room: Opposite side of the apartment from mine so very private. Fit a double to queen-sized bed handily with a work desk as well as a bedside table and storage.( may recommend a storage bed as well tho, that’s what I’ve done!)

There’s extra storage closet with roof to floor mirror on the door outside your room if you need.

You have a nice skylight that makes the whole place feel tranquil. In the summer, we usually pop that window open to let a nice flow of air through the house as it does get warm in the house, but your call, i can show you how :)

On site laundry 3 washers and dryers, usually empty. Internet, water, electricity and household expenditures all shared through splitwise (app) I cover them all and no stress on time for getting me back, am not very pressed on things like that.

House (except for your bedroom) is fully furnished, but I’m open to changing the shared space around so we can make it feel your own! There’s a salvation army across the road that is a goldmine for finding furniture as well

left leaning, an LGBTQ+ ally and an emotionally grounded and introspective person. I get along most with creative and nurturing people and especially not “traditional” or “bro” inclined or right-leaning ones.

Enjoy drawing, painting, cycling (good bike paths round here), motorbiking, videogames, watching movies. Love to play guitar and harmonica (and enjoy jamming if you play) I also have a van and like to get out of town on road trips often enough, me and last roomie made it as far as Arizona and back up the coast on one!

I’m pretty chill and always down for having a laugh, my roomie (who is leaving) and I, have fostered a very safe and comfortable as well as fun living space together by always openly communicating, showing mutual respect, having a laugh together, and trying to be empathetic towards each other’s needs and situations.

i.e You left a plate out? That’s chill just get it when you can! Need to borrow milk? feel free to just let me know and get the next carton if you feel it’s warranted. You did the bins? cool ill take the washing out of the dishwasher Putting on some coffee? shout out just in case I’d like some, I’ll do the same

That said, haven’t a real set of concrete rules, nor would I like to live with anyone who is systematic or pedantic like that. Just be chill and thoughtful.
