I have a nice, large condo and am looking for a responsible, clean and professional person to share it with. There’s a comfortable living room that has a 55” smart TV with Samsung surround sound system and cable and loads of channels. A kitchen that is well equipped with all the bells and whistles. There’s a separate dining room that seats six, and a large balcony with Adirondack chairs and peaceful fountain . The bathroom has lots of cupboard space, shower and separate large bathtub. There is a washer and dryer, and place to hang clothes to dry. Price includes heat, hydro, air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, TVs in livingroom and bedroom, and one parking space. Your bedroom has a wall mounted 45” smart TV, large window with blackout curtains, nice sized closet with organizers and clothes hangers, and own thermostat. Your bedroom is very comfortable and furnished with cherry wood furniture and a Japanese massage chair. Condo location is great, as it’s centrally located near everything - bus stop at the corner, and Walmart, train station, gym, stores all within walking distance, and highway 30 and 40 a two minute drive!

Hi, my name is Nancy and I live here with my fat cat, Timothée. He is very clean and sociable. Me, I am friendly and easy going, and respect personal space and privacy. I work in a public high school with special needs students . My schedule is usually quite busy so I often eat out, although I do like to cook. I’m looking forward to sharing this space with someone who is clean, respectful and of a positive mindset.
