Nancy's room

I have a beautiful, large condo and am looking for a responsible, clean and professional person to share it with. Very comfortable living room that has a 55” smart TV with Samsung surround sound system and kitchen is well equipped with all the bells and whistles. There’s a separate dining room that seats six and a large balcony that seats four. The bathroom has lots of cupboard space, shower and separate large bathtub. There is a washer and dryer and space to hang dry clothes. Price includes heat, hot water, air conditioning, electricity, Wi-Fi, Netflix and a bunch of other internet apps like Prime and Disney Plus, and one parking space.
Your bedroom has a new wall mounted 45” smart TV, huge window, large closet and own thermostat. Room is very comfortable and furnished. Condo location is great, as it’s centrally located near everything - bus stop at the corner, and Walmart, train station, gym, stores all within walking distance, and highway 30 and 40 a two minute drive! Occupancy date is flexible.

Hi, my name is Nancy and I live here with my fat cat, Timothée. lol He is very clean and sociable. I am friendly and easy going, and respect personal space and privacy. I work in a public high school with special needs students . My schedule is very busy so I often eat out, although I do like to cook. I’m looking forward to sharing this space with someone who is clean, respectful and of a positive mindset :-)
