Basement of 3 level townhome available for August or September. It is a clean, quiet home. The entire basement is for ONE PERSON ONLY. Close to Universities, Waterloo Campus of Conestoga College, shopping and other amenities on bus route 5. It is fully furnished and includes everything shown in the photos. Android tv box, Netflix, Prime Video and hi speed internet and utilities are included. The basement bathroom is yours alone, however showers need to be taken in upstairs shared bathroom. Access to main upstairs kitchen, fridge and stove is available when needed. Please note that there are 2 friendly cats on the premises. Parking is available for an additional $80 monthly. No contract, month to month. First and last required. Last month due immediately.
