This room is one of two bedrooms in a clean, furnished basement suite in the very desirable and safe Killarney community. The tenant in the second room is a quiet female and the advertised room is for one female only, no couples. The room would be excellent for a mature female or overseas visitor on a working vacation. We expect you to keep the suite very clean and tidy as the other tenant does the same.

All you need to bring are your personal effects since the suite is fully furnished, which includes nice bedroom furniture and bedding. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen including dishes, stove/oven, microwave and a nice toaster oven. Tenants have free use of the washer and dryer located just outside the suite door. The bathroom is shared with the other female tenant. Utilities and Internet are included in the price and there is a new smart TV.

Tenants are free to enjoy the nice backyard. There is ample parking on the street and excellent bus routes close by with the nearest route (9) less than two blocks away. Both universities can be easily reached by that bus. Bus route 22 takes you downtown fairly quickly. There is a Safeway a few blocks away and Westhills/Signal Hill shopping centres are a 5 minute bus ride away.

There is a cat living upstairs, however tenants are not allowed to have pets.

The rent is $800.00 per month and there will be an $800.00 security deposit. Room is available now.
