C's room

Located in Fleetwood, Surrey, next to a golf course, this private Strata subdivision is surrounded by plenty of open space and offers a stunning view of Mt. Baker on the East horizon. There is also easy access to White Rock, Langley, New Westminster, Cloverdale, The Tri-Cities, Vancouver, etc.

The neighbours are generally responsible adults living in a respectful community.

The room is as shown in pictures (lots of sunlight and closet space, plus some extra dressings that were installed after pictures taken) and clean.

Room is furnished with a king-sized bed. Additional furniture is easily obtainable if needed.

I am the humble owner of a two bedroom +den unit, within this subdivision, and live here with more space than I need so I am willing to share my place with somebody who is reliable, responsible, and fits the vibe and will respect the community.

The vibe I like to keep is positivity, harmony, and a safe and comfortable habitat. To help facilitate this the expectation is for all common areas to be kept tidy and for communication to be open and honest.

I’m pretty set in my work, gym, and basketball routine. During my leisure time I like to revitalize by exploring, swimming, relaxing, doing active things in nature, and/or dining out…or dining in…as long as I’m dining😁.
