Large fully fenced yard with deck. Fully furnished room with a king-sized bed, dresser, television, side table, ceiling fan, and a private half-bathroom. Shared areas of house include the kitchen, bathroom (bath and shower), dining room, and living room with giant comfy couch and television.

Single or couples welcome. Rent is per room, but utilities shared equally between number of housemates.

Rent includes furniture, linens, kitchen appliances etc. All utilities (including wifi) will be split equally between everyone living in the house.

We are Jordan (male, 21) and Eddie (male, 27).

Jordan is a student at the University of Alberta, while working in childcare and as a restaurant server.

We love animals and are LGBT friendly and are looking for housemates who are the same in that regard! Ideally we will find housemate/s that are reasonably close in age to us.
