I am a mature female professional in my early 30s. Down to earth. Love getting out to the mountains and meeting new people. I am looking for a very clean, responsible, student or working professional to share the house. I’m mindful of noise in the evening and I can do my thing quietly. I don’t tend to have a lot of guests, but if I plan to, I’ll let you know so as not to interfere with your plans / activities. Both bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and walk in closets. All the shared spaces such as the living room, dinning room, and kitchen are fully furnished. Hoping to become pals with whoever I live with. This is a great location very close (5 minute walk) to the Tuscany LRT; 10 minutes to U of C; 20 minutes to SAIT; 30 minutes to downtown by Ctrain. Have to be okay with dogs! I have a 5 year old Catahoula leopard :) Open to short or long term.
