My name is Trevor. I am a 50 year old gay male my pronouns are He/Him. I am widowed. I am looking to rent to a student or couple.
I am renting a 2 bedroom suite in the basement. It is roughly 900 square foot. It has full washroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Access to street parking. I live in Maple Ridge.
I work for the Vancouver School Board. I am an EA (Educational Assistant) supporting Autistic children in the class room. I live in Maple Ridge British Columbia a suburb of Vancouver. I live with my dog Sammi who is super friendly and likes everybody. My hobbies include nature walks, painting, writing, and dancing.
Expectations of the house are pretty simple be respectful, pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, make sure your space is clean, and the rest we can discuss.I do not do drugs or drink alcohol. Universities in my area are SFU, Capilano College and many others.
