2bed 2 bath located in The Maples area. I occupy 1room and bath and You will have your own room and bathroom. Though your room is not ensuite, it’s still super private as the bathroom is right opposite the room. This space will feel more or less like you are living in a one bed more bath which is worth it.

You’ll have so much privacy as I am quiet and respectful, and open to coming out of myroom for conversations whenever needed.

No smoking, drugs or pets allowed. Clean quiet building. Quite new. Insuite laundry, dishwasher and very small gym available.

I am very clean and respectful. We can have a zoom chat so we discuss expectations and get to know a bit about each other first
