The Cathedral neighbourhood is walking distance to downtown and just a few minutes from Wascana Park. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away, and multiple options for the bus to the university and downtown.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser and mirror, side table and lamp along with linens and towels. An added bonus for this old house is that the room contains a decent sized closet for hanging clothes and extra storage. All bills including WiFi are included in the rent.
Looking for similar aged females, either working or students, who are looking for a low key and quiet place to call home. Reference required and proof of income. Move in date can be negotiated.
