Jennifer's room

This room is available starting August 1st, and I require a minimum of an eight-month stay. I am looking for a student or young working professional who is a queer-friendly, sci-fi-loving geek who would enjoy evenings playing on a PS5 with a 4K high-def TV. Must love my dog and two cats. I am renting a 14 ft by 9 ft furnished bedroom with a queen-sized loft bed good to 1200 lbs weight capacity, a large closet, desk, and dresser. The room has a large window facing east. In the summer, I put an AC unit in the bedroom window to guarantee comfort. Shared utilities include a stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There is a stationary reclining bike, a fireplace, and a BBQ you can use. You will have your own 30-inch full-size fridge, pantry space (in both the kitchen and the basement), sink, and toilet. The shower and tub are shared. Parking is available. Rent is $700 a month; all utilities include water, heat, hydro, wifi, Rogers cable, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, and parking. The location is a 10-minute drive and 20-minute bus from Algonquin College. A 6-minute walk off the 88 route, with a 12-minute bus ride to campus. It is a 20-minute drive to Carleton University. The house has air conditioning, and I like to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I will require a co-signer, or on arrival, for the rent to be paid for the year. If you pay for the year upfront, I will give you a one-month discount. I require last month’s rent to be paid to reserve the room.
