I’m looking for a working professional to rent a room in a shared house in Mimico. The house is in a highly sought out area that is very convenient to highways, transit, schools and right near the famous bakery SANREMO :) The house will be shared with a lovely 33 year old lady is also a working professional. She is very clean, respectful, accommodating, and has two little chihuahua who are very warming to roommates. The room is renting out for $1300 all inclusive with access to backyard for summer time enjoyment. The room could provide a double bed with drawers for extra storage. Lease for 14 months starting July 1 2024. The neighbor is great and super helpful!! There is no parking but the area doesn’t need a car as you can get anywhere east or west within 35 min transit (to downtown). There are lovely parks in the neighborhood and public outdoor pools to enjoy!
