Month to month. Please specify how long is your stay. Room rental for females only (1 occupancy per room and this is an ALL FEMALE HOUSE). Shared space with owner.

Note: please respectfully no Indian spices as boarders are sensitive to the smell.

I have a dog, will not be able to accept other pets.

Parking is available-single driveway. Free parking on the street. Owner parks in garage, respectfully move the car before 7 am as I have to work.

Roomies:

-Upper rooms: share bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and borders fridge (do not use owner’s main bathroom and fridge).

We are like a family here, this is not a typical room rental. All girls get along and hangout. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR DRAMA. 1 girl wakes up 4 or 5 in the morning. please be respectful of noise level as walls are thin. I am looking for another person to join our family. Who cleans after themselves and quiet. 2 Ukraine’s sisters are currently living here. They are amazing and been here for over a year. Please like people. Please be respectful and clean. You are coming to a cleaners house. We need clean people. Action is more important than just words.

-Currently there is 3 females living here.

House: My house is close to Fanshawe College south (wellington), 5 min. drive to Victoria hospital and 3 minute drive to the 401. Intersection is Lysanda and Deveron (commissionaires).

**Living room is a show room (seen in photos).

-I have a closed in backyard and you are more than welcome to use it.

-There are house guidelines to follow, mainly keeping things clean to how you moved in and to respect others using the shared space. Please be quiet and clean. Walls are thin, please be respectful of noise. Some noise can be a trigger to the girls such as slamming doors as my Ukraine’s are still recovering from the war.

House guideline:

-Please no outdoor shoes worn in the house (wear slippers because of no carpets).

-No house parties/sleepovers (to respect those who work mornings and midnight’s). NO male guests (only owner will bring brother or husband to fix things around the house.

-PLEASE take care of your hygiene :) Shower with scented products please (not sure how to write it another way).

-MUST BE A CLEAN PERSON. Clean after yourself. You are coming into a cleaners home.

-More detailed in the non government contract (boarder contract). Mainly keeping up with the cleanliness to respect others who share the space, and being a quiet person.

-Please check area before booking a viewing. Located on Lochern Road.

Viewing will have to be after 5 as I work for the school board. I can do, in-person, or virtual viewing.

This is boarding, not a tenant room.

About me:

-I have a hypo-allergenic dog because of allergies in my family and less vacuuming for me. She is beautiful and quiet so 1 is plenty.

-I am professional worker.
