Room for rent in house near historic district of Abbotsford. You will have a bathroom shared with 1 other person, living space downstairs and shared shared kitchen with the whole house. Walking/biking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy access to highway 1. Must be comfortable with large dog that lives upstairs. Not suitable for someone with children. Unfortunately we cannot accept anyone with cats or dogs at this time. This is suitable for a short-term rental.

Roommates are currently three mature men in their 30s to 40s and one large dog. As a communal living space everyone in the house understands that they are responsible for their personal space and maintaining the peace and community feel of the house.
