YOUR NEW NEIGHBORHOOD: the house is in quiet tree-lined (bike-friendly) neighborhood, 7 min walking distance to Bathurst or Christie subway; 10 min to George Brown Casa Loma campus or Dupont subway. Easy access to University of Toronto, Bloor Street, and a two-minute walk to 4 grocery stores, two great parks (Christie Pitts and Vermont Square Park), restos. It’s a great area of Toronto.
