Hey there! I’m listing out a semi-furnished room in a great Oakville neighborhood. The rent includes fast and reliable Bell Wi-Fi, all utilities and house insurance. It’s a 2 bed, 1.5 bath cute loft-style 2-story apartment in a well-connected Oakville neighborhood. You’ll have your private room and private toilet - we just share the shower. In-suite laundry is included. Underground parking can be made available.

The kitchen has all the essentials - cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher - and there’s a beautiful balcony outside the living area.

The community here is safe with a big park right across the street and grocery places like Walmart and Real Canadian Superstore a short walk away. Nearest bus stops are also steps away.

Sheridan Trafalgar campus is 10-min drive away, and is also easily accessible by bus. Sublease for one person only, month-to-month, but not a problem for short or long term stay. Sublease includes private room, shared kitchen, laundry, private washroom and shared shower.

I’m pretty friendly and easygoing. I am a nonsmoker, vegetarian and work full-time hybrid (2 days work from home, 3 days in office). I share my room with somebody pretty similar to me, hence there will be three people (including you) living in the 2-story house.

I like to socialize every now and then with the person I live with but also value my (and your) me-time and privacy. I like to read, binge-watch or go out in my spare time. :)
