Optional underground parking space available for approximately $110.
NOTE: *** We are looking for 4 or 12 month stays. If staying for only 4 months the room will be furnished so our current roomie can easily return in September. ***

One bedroom is taken by my partner and I.
We’re a friendly duo – when we’re home, we’re often found working, whipping up delicious meals, reading, watching movies, or gaming. Feel free to have your friends over, as long as everyone is respectful. Maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment is important to me, and I hope for the same consideration from any potential roommate.
