**Contract must be read fully and each page initialed completely before moving into home.

Shared kitchen & laundry room space. House in a quiet, neighbourhood in a very clean & tidy house.

Weekly cleaning is expected from renter in all areas occupied in order to continue staying the following month/during the entire contract as well as exiting on move out day in order to get any damage deposit back (key returned and zero damage in all areas of the home or to the ie: appliances/dishes used, etc).

Winter months - shovelling on the property November thru to April is a responsibility of the renter in the contract.

**Winter parking available on driveway ONLY during Parking ban season starting December thru March for a monthly fee of $50/month.

• Utilities included - wifi & hydro

** electricity could be an extra charge if excessive power consumption exceeds the usual monthly bill. No heaters or fans allowed EXCEPTIONS: Water 💦 Bill is shared 50/50!

Attention: Tumeric, Cumin, Paprika and Curry can not be brought into house or used to cook or to reheat any food with in the house nor can any cologne/perfume be used due to severe allergies/COPD Thank you!

3 Bus stops - 5 min walk away. Buses go directly to U of Winnipeg, U of Manitoba, Universite de St. Boniface & RRCC. #19 (2 bus stops available to catch this bus) & #75.

No smoking, alcohol, vaping, drugs, parties, pets and no overnight guests please!

Quiet hours are put in place & “NO LATE NIGHT” cooking times past 8:00 pm allowed! Bbq is available during summer months (you supply your own propane).
