Hello everyone, I found a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo near Dupont/Dufferin (M6H 4H7). It it about a 12min walk to Dufferin Station.

Spacious condo, 1080 square feet. Stainless steel appliances, in suite washer and dryer. Hardwood floors, granite countertops. Rent is $2400 a month (we split between both of us), all inclusive except hydro (electricity) which will be around $25 a month.

I am a very relaxed, outgoing and respect personal space. I usually work from 9-5 hybrid then work out afterwards. I like to relax on the weekends and spend time with friends and family. I am looking for someone who is easygoing, clean and can communicate.
