Ashley's room

I’m renting out a master room in a condo with a ensuite. The condo is located right beside Yorkdale mall and right beside Yorkdale TTC station and Go bus station. Downsview Go (Go train station) is 2 stops away from Yorkdale as well. It’s a super convenient area and it’s just 15 minutes from downtown. There is a 24 hour shoppers drug Mart and multiple grocery stores in the area including Costco, Walmart ,Metro, No Frills and Fortinos (walking distance) . The unit comes with a storage locker. Amenities include a gym, A party room and a patio deck with a grill and a guest suite that can be booked. The room will be available June 1st . There’s also washer/dryer in unit. Females only!!

I am very respectful in regards to cleanliness and privacy. All I ask is you clean up after yourself in the shared areas (kitchen and living space).I like to keep to myself but also open to being friends too. I work a-lot so I’m not really home sometimes. ( desk in photo will be gone when you move in) I prefer someone look for a long term stay.
