We have 3 bathroom and two living room and a yoga room, in a very quiet neighborhood, there is parking in the street and a bus stop in front of the house. Also the double car garage is available for renting. We are working long hours so it’s quiet in the house. Smoking outside. Also a nice patio with bbq.

We are a couple late 40 years old with a 9 years old girl and our roommate is very quiet 30 years old female working from home. We are quiet as we work a lot. We don’t do drugs. And drink occasionally.
