Must Love Cats!

We have a lower duplex available in NDG, Montreal, from June 1st until the end of November (or another agreed-upon date). I am looking for a caring individual or couple to rent it for $500 per month, which includes all expenses.

During this time, we will be out of the country and will require someone to look after our male cat, Cesar. This includes feeding him and cleaning his litter box. It is essential that you love cats and have no allergies to ensure you are comfortable during your stay.

The house is conveniently located just around the corner from bus stops #90 and #104, which are only three stops away from Vendôme metro station on the Orange line. You will have access to the entire house, including a living room, kitchen, and a private backyard with a deck and table. One of the bedrooms will be yours; it is clean and bright. The other two bedrooms will not be rented and will remain off-limits.

The bathroom is newly renovated, while the rest of the house is older but in decent condition. High-speed cable internet and a washing machine are available. You can dry clothes in the backyard on a clothesline, inside the veranda, or in the bathroom on hangers.

The neighborhood is nice, safe, and has nearby grocery stores. Parking is available on the street.

Your roommate will be a cat who typically sleeps in his bed or on one of the sofas in the living room. He is very friendly and enjoys being around people. He is not aggressive and does not bite or scratch. We have nice tenants living upstairs, and our neighbors are also helpful if you have any questions or encounter any problems.
