I have a room available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and rent is 1550/month plus hydro. I have lived here for 2 years and really enjoy the space!

The apartment is on the 19th floor, is quite large, and has large windows throughout. It includes a large living room, a sunroom, and an office area. The common areas are furnished though I’m open to you adding a few items as well. The available room is partially furnished with a double bed, however can be rented unfurnished.

The building has card laundry, a gym, a pool, a patio, and an event room. It is 2 min from both subway lines, is centrally located, and has been a great place to live overall.

I am 30 and live here with my dog Percy. I work full time from home, so ideally my roommates mostly work out of the house but I am open to folks who wfh as well. I love making art, video games, thrifting, concerts, playing board games, and hanging out at home.
