Per month - $1025 Plus $25 Internet Total -$1050 per month inwanting internet Deposit $500 **Cleaning fee may be applicable at end of stay. Excellent location with access to transit (5 minutes to Skytrain, 2 minutes to several bus stops), grocery shopping within walking distance, schools/universities, leisure - 2 parks (2 to 5 minute walk), easy access to Central Valley Greenway and recreational activities. Basement suite space - 1 private furnished room available - Furnished room (has closet, bed, side table, dresser, desk, chair). Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen/ living room with stove, fridge, microwave. Restrictions for everyone’s health and safety, a few restrictions to be noted: *No smoking or vaping inside or anywhere around the property. *No parties or loud gatherings. *No Pets allowed - resident cat and dog. Must be either fully employed, a full-time student, or on a work/tourist Visa. Proof will be required.
