Furnished bedroom in a 3 bed 1 bathroom apartment unit available in Boardwalk Patrician Village. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Utilities included. Available from December 1st.

Location is ideal, especially if you are a U of C student. 10-minute walk from the U of C campus, with bus stations and Banff Trail LRT station nearby. The complex has a small gym, you can pay an amount and get parking from the Boardwalk management office. Laundry also in the building.

We will sign a month-to-month agreement among ourselves for the first 3 months. You can give notice and we can give notice during this time. Then it will be annual (renewed at the end of every August) with Boardwalk.
