It’s a big three bedroom unit, with a giant balcony(21x5 feet) over looking a nice park. It’s down on the second floor, and at the end of the hall so it’s got an extra kitchen window.

The building has a gym, ping pong table, squash courts, sauna, and pool table room. (Not a swimming pool, I wish).

Ten minutes on foot from Brittania Beach. Very close simple commute to Algonquin College via Lincoln Fields station.

This is all inclusive in terms of rent, internet, electricity and water. The internet is insanely good.

Note: The walls in the room aren’t blue anymore, I just don’t have updated pictures (Currently white walls). You can paint the room whatever color you want so long as you buy me a bucket of white paint for when you leave, unless it’s super classy then you can skip the white paint.

One dude one lady. Him: Early 30’s works from home quietly, spends too much time at the gym and is a retired boxer / retired chef. Her: Young lady, not particularly interesting lol.
