Richmond Road

It’s a big three bedroom unit, with a giant balcony(21x5 feet) over looking a nice park. It’s down on the second floor, and at the end of the hall so it’s got an extra kitchen window. Nice view with lots of trees.

The building has a gym, ping pong table, squash courts, sauna, and pool table room.

Ten minutes on foot from Brittania Beach. Very close simple commute to Algonquin College via Lincoln Fields station. The vibe here is extremely chill, everybody has their privacy and everybody gets to sleep at night. The house rules are light and sensible.

This is all inclusive in terms of rent, internet, electricity and water. The internet is insanely good.

Note: The walls in the room aren’t blue anymore, I just don’t have updated pictures. You can paint the room whatever color you want so long as you buy me a bucket of white paint for when you leave, unless it’s super classy then you can skip the white paint. I’ve just added a new stove and next month I’ll be getting a new fridge.

One dude one lady. Him: Mid 30’s works from home quietly, spends too much time at the gym and is a retired boxer / retired chef. Enjoys painting Warhammer models and doing pyrography art tables as a side job. Her: Mid 30’s, customer service rep, very nice and easy to get along with. She has a little gray cat who’s also very nice. (Sorry we can’t double up on the pets)
