Looking for long-term tenants/roommates for a second-story unfurnished room, starting December 1, to share a cozy, comfortable, bright detached 2-storey home. In a quiet residential neighbourhood just east of the downtown core, close to the TTC, two blocks from a grocery store and other amenities; a ten-minute stroll to the Danforth strip and some of Toronto’s best restaurants, shops, and cafés. Additional parking can be easily/affordably obtained with a city permit, purchased online. Utilities are included in the rent. There are currently two tenants living in the house. Leases for rooms are signed independently. Submitting an application, which includes references and credit/background checks, is required.
