- A happy vibe person. Can converse. A mindful, joyful person. This home is a considerate, kind, helpful one. Points if you can communicate and hold a conversation.
- Roommates are a friendly community where we have each others’ backs.
- Apparently, Twister board games for resolving arguments? We have 4 mats to join together so it’s adult fun-size now! Or, we just have a slip-n-slide for the heck of it?
- A good communicator: know how to be positive.
- No tobacco smokers. 420 outside (even winter!)

About the roomies
There are currently 2 UoA female students.
The person staying is a British guy, professional career. He plays sports (beach volleyball, running/jogging, slo-pitch, biking, board games, movie nights, music at bars/clubs), attempting yoga in secret and going out for bites, or walks or just chilling happily. He’s works from home and is sometimes away out of town/country on/off. Sometime 1 month, sometimes 6 months exploring Canada or the world. It’s his leased place, and comes with amazing past roommate references that cost a lot. He’s seriously funny and would make an amazing stand-up comedian if it wasn’t for his model good looks (eye roll).
Expectation on behaviour: clear and friendly communication. Cleaning (there is a simple weekly schedule). Normal social behaviour with chatting / hanging out in the open spaces without having awkward silences when bumping in the kitchen or for choosing a Netflix when hanging out. Being respectful of quiet time after 10pm when people are sleeping (if they’re not sleeping… that’s different. ) Also, not touching other peoples things. No stealing chocolate milk at midnight! Really simple. No drama. Just a chill, happy place, hang out. Common sense stuff really. No leaving written messages.
Plus points for you:
you have good music taste… won’t try and cause drama not try and avoid to clean weekly and hope someone else does it comfortable around the other roommates. Enough to eat / drink at the same table at breakfast or lunch or dinner by coincidence. not try and avoid roommates in the kitchen or lounge, cause that’s just weird vibes At ease to talk about the day’s craziness at school or work. you appreciate amazing British humour and can roll your eyes appreciate there is a 10pm quiet time on school nights, meaning: you know roommates are asleep so you won’t blast loud music.
