About the room
Looking for a “Golden Girl or Guy”. This space has been recently renovated and includes a desk, chair, closet, shared bathroom, laundry and access to kitchen areas. There will be parking on the street and you will have access to power, if needed, in the winter. Bower Mall is within walking distance. Must have sense of humor, and willing to clean up after using kitchen, laundry room, etc. Smoking only allowed outside. Preference is for a roommate closer to my age. We are a quiet home but enjoy evening “table talks” when roomies are available. No Drama!
