About the room: All utilities and internet included. Fully furnished with a Queen size bed, wardrobe, 2 big windows, large desk, chair and mirror. It is a 3bedroom on a quite westend Halifax neighborhood. No parties or smoking on premises. The common space is pretty ample and nice.
About the place: The whole place was just renovated in October with plenty of storage room in the basement. We usually keep the place warm in the winter.
Living room: 75inch screen,2 Recliner Couches and some oil diffusers and candles.
There is a backyard where you can sit outdoors in privacy. A hammock as well.
We separate our garbage and organics and expect you to do so as well. The place is clean and has no hygiene or infestation problems, etc. and we expect everyone to keep it clean.
About the roomies:
Pretty easygoing, hardworking and friendly.
