• rent all inclusive (high speed unlimited internet, hydro, etc.)
• well furnished common areas -fully equipped kitchen
• bathroom only shared with one person -nice balcony with privacy screen, lights and furniture
• walk up unit (front door leads straight to outside)
• in-suite laundry!
• I have a very friendly cat, but he doesn’t do well with other animals because he is very old and timid so unfortunately I cannot accommodate any additional furry friends.

I work Mon-Fri full time 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

I like to keep the house reasonably clean and prefer to keep things quiet aside from the very rare occasional guest or intimate gathering.
