Shared house walking distance from Lougheed Skytrain station. Parking in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

We’ve been living here currently for 3yrs so far and love the neighborhood. We had a 4 bedroom house before but it got torn down.

There are 3 bedrooms available on the main floor Two average sized bedrooms for $700/month each One large bedroom for $800/month

We pay 70% of the utilities for the house, and each roomie only pays 10% of that 70%, so It’s really cheap, typically around $30/month. We have high-speed fibre internet.

I’m not charging a damage deposit because I’m a Carpenter and I’ll just fix whatever gets damaged (I’m not however a firefighter, so pls listen to Smokey the Bear)

The house is 3300sq ft located right next to Lougheed station and close to everything. There’s 3.5 bathrooms (One is an ensuite for the couple upstairs)

2 patios, one is furnished & has a bbq. Double car garage with a workshop in the works, separate freezer, laundry room. Looking to set up a study eventually.

We have roomie movie nights; board game nights sometimes.

P.S: The pics for the house are the ones the landlord took when we moved in. Everything’s pretty much the same but furnished.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE (Other than celebrating New Years, Birthdays, Halloween, having BBQ’s etc.

There are 5 people currently renting the house. Maxwell & Ryan: Brothers, both gamers. Very easy-going people. Brandon: Great sense of humor, really generous and trustworthy. Justice & Darryn: Make-up artist and Cook living upstairs, they’re from Castlegar and super busy working or out exploring the city, hardly ever see them.
