About the room
My home is a simple 2-story house with natural character and rustic charm in the north end of downtown. It is quiet, well-lit, tidy and peaceful here, with a large garden space. It is within walking distance to downtown, groceries, James Street or the harbour. The bedroom is simple but cozy, with a dresser, desk and bed and includes a second dedicated workspace/study. Street parking is readily available, and bike storage is available indoors. There are bus stops and Sobi bikes close by.
About the roomies
I’m the owner and only “Roomie”; I’m 45 and work as a teacher Monday-Friday. I’m up early and am a quiet individual to live with. I maintain a healthy lifestyle - I eat mostly plants, focus on local food and grow some food and have a garden of native plants. If you are a thoughtful human who values living in natural surroundings this is a beautiful space.
