The apartment building is located in Nutana, one block away from Broadway St. Easy access to public transportation, green spaces, and the Meewasin Trail following the South Saskatchewan River.

This is a two-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor (1 room with closet available: 80 sq.ft) with shared and furnished common spaces: living room, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, balcony, and in-suite storage room. There is an air conditioning wall unit. Rent includes water and heat but does not include electricity and internet (winter: ~$50.00/m, summer: ~$85.00/m). Laundry is on same floor (card operated) and the building is pet friendly ($50.00 one time fee), however, due to allergies I can not accept cats but open to accepting a dog dependent on the breed. Parking may be available upon request with an additional fee, if not, there’s plenty of free street parking.

My name is Marty, I’m 32, and I moved to Saskatoon three years ago from Winnipeg. I’m a Wildlife Biologist for a consulting company which requires me to travel often during the summer. When I’m not working away, I occasionally work from home. I enjoy living an active lifestyle (cycling, kayaking, hiking, camping), spending time outdoors, playing board games, and watching movies.
